If your company is registered with Rand Mutual Assurance (RMA) for Workmens Compensation, the deadline for the submission of your Return of Earnings was 31 March 2019.
If you have not yet submitted the information, please do so by logging on to www.randmutual.co.za
Click on the Downloads tab, then scroll down and click on the Employer documents tab.
Click on the Class X111 Earnings declaration form tab and fill in the required information form and submit. There will be a small penalty for late submissions.

If you are registered with the Department of Labour Compensation Fund (CF) for Workmens Compensation, the deadline for submission of your Return of Earnings has been extended until 31 May 2019.
If you have not yet submitted the information, please do so by logging on to www.labour.gov.za
Click on the Services Tab tab, then scroll down and click on the Compensation Fund ROE submissions and online registrations.
