Business Activities

Membership

Membership growth of just
under 1% was an unexpected,
but most welcome result
given the expected attrition.

It is evident that RMI members
and businesses in the industry
find tremendous value in belonging
and retained their membership
despite adverse conditions. This
was further noticeable in the
number of new members, both
individual and corporate, who
elected to sign up during the
period under review.

The RMI is continually trying to grow
its numbers to remain the collective
voice for the retail motor industry
sector. The need to remain relevant
and strong has never been
more compelling.
